There are many pros and cons of running the Distributed Agency. I currently run such an agency with 15 part-time resources located in 9 different time zones. While most of our labor still occurs in the Miami Valley, we utilize best in class cloud technologies to synchronize effort and provide our clients with a feeling that they are dealing with a much larger Agency. Sounds great right? Well, it&#8217;s just as difficult as running a brick and mortar agency, you just have different balls to juggle.
