REGISTRATION

Registration starts at 8:30 am Friday and 8:00 am Saturday.

The registration area is located near the Eichelberger Forum on the first floor of the Dayton Library.

FOOD

Lunch will be served both days of the conference with additional snacks served on Saturday.

PARKING

Parking is easy. There is free parking under the library building.  Please note that you enter on the left-hand side of the entrance. If you plan to go to the after-party, you will need to remove your car from the library parking lot, but there will be plenty of parking at the event.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We will be monitoring our Twitter account @DaytonWP throughout the event and using the hashtag #wcdayton. Please feel free to post pictures and tweet your thoughts on the event throughout the day.

NEED HELP?

During the event, if you need any assistance, look for anyone with a grey shirt which are our volunteers.  Organizers will be wearing blue and black shirts. Either of us can help you. We are here to help make your weekend a great one.
